BRIG GEN BOBO MOERANE
A fine example of the new generation SA OFFICER and Gentleman
Thanks to the Beeld I don't even have to get nasty in exposing an embarrassment that carries the rank of General
and who also happens to be the same man that arrived in Pomfret to intimidate and apparently threaten the residents
Can the SANDF disgrace itself any more? (Apparently it can)
Officers fighting on the city streets but still he will continue in service until receiving a healthy state pension (tax payers money) one day.
IF HE REMAINS THEN THAT'S PROOF OF A BIASED POLITICAL AGENDA THAT IGNORES THE MILITARY LEGAL CODE
CAPTAIN, GENERAL COME TO BLOWS

Pretoria - An argument between an army general and a police captain about the latter's wife became a brawl in public on Tuesday morning.
A charge of assault was afterwards laid at the Pretoria Central police station against Brigadier General Bobo Moerane, Director of Facilities and Support Management in the army.
Captain Tony Kutumela alleged Moerane attacked him in front of the Bank of Lisbon building in Paul Kruger Street - where Moerane worked.
According to eyewitnesses, Moerane's mouth was bloody after the incident. Kutumela's epaulettes were ripped off his uniform before Moerane's colleagues stopped the fight.
The woman - Kutumela's wife and apparently Moerane's private assistant - ran away when the men became violent.
Colleagues said Captain Ria Kutumela, 33, a logistical officer in Moerane's office, and her husband had started having marital problems when she and Moerane were deployed to the DRC for work.
Moerane's official responsibilities were afterwards limited as there apparently was no official permission for the visit.
A commission of inquiry into the visit was still under way.
Shortly afterwards, he and his assistant allegedly went on a "staff visit" to Cape Town. Her husband meanwhile intercepted SMSes between her and Moerane on her cellphone.
She had also taken out a protection order against her husband, which stated that he was not allowed near her. Moerane and his wife had also separated.
The protection order was later set aside, though there had been a previous occasion when Captain Tony Kutumela had pulled Moerane out of his car after he had dropped the woman at her husband's house. Moerane then laid a charge of assault against Kutumela.
On Tuesday morning, Kutumela was walking past the Bank of Lisbon building when Moerane and the woman came walking out. Moerane apparently threw the first punch.
The two officers, scruffy from rolling around on the pavement, then went their separate ways, bystanders said.
